NORAC are hosting an informative webinar presented by the HSE’s Fibres and Minerals team, exploring the findings of the recent AIMS Mystery Shopper Project.
The session will examine how asbestos laboratories can achieve very strong performance results within the AIMS Proficiency Testing Scheme, yet produce significantly different outcomes when analysing the same samples under “blind” testing conditions. The webinar will discuss the research findings, implications for the industry and the importance of consistency within asbestos analysis.
