Men’s Health Week UK (organised by the Men’s Health Forum) is running from Monday 15 to Sunday 21 June 2026. The week aims to raise awareness of men’s health and to encourage all men to seek help to address any health concerns that they may be experiencing.
Good health encompasses both mental and physical wellbeing. Everyone should feel empowered to seek support when they need it, without fear of judgement or stigma.
Raising awareness of mental health, encouraging open conversations, and promoting effective support measures can help create healthier, more supportive environments for all. By working together, it is possible to challenge misconceptions, reduce stigma, and ensure that mental wellbeing is recognised as an essential part of overall health.
Meaningful change can be achieved through evidence-based approaches, collaboration, research, and the sharing of best practice. Supporting positive mental health in everyday life, education, and the workplace benefits individuals, communities, and society as a whole.
