UKATA Proudly Supports Mesothelioma UK Ladies’ Lunch 2026

UKATA is proud to support the 2026 Ladies’ Lunch hosted by Mesothelioma UK. The event will take place on 20 March 2026 at the Manchester Marriot Victoria and Albert Hotel and will celebrate the vital role women play across the mesothelioma community.

Held in the lead up to Mother’s Day, the annual Ladies’ Lunch recognises the women affected by mesothelioma as patients, carers, family members and professionals working within the field. The event creates space to acknowledge their strength and dedication while raising funds to support those living with this devastating asbestos-related cancer.

Guests will enjoy a three-course meal and hear from a programme of inspiring speakers. A fundraising raffle will also take place, with all proceeds supporting Mesothelioma UK’s specialist services for patients and their families.

UKATA is a Gold Corporate Partner of Mesothelioma UK, formalising more than a decade of support for the charity’s work. Craig Evans, Chief Operating Officer of UKATA, also serves on the Board of Trustees at Mesothelioma UK. His involvement reflects the Association’s long-standing commitment to raising awareness of asbestos-related disease and supporting those affected.

Olivia Anderson, Membership Account Manager, and part of the team representing UKATA at the upcoming event said:
“We are honoured to stand alongside Mesothelioma UK at this important event. The Ladies’ Lunch is a powerful reminder of the strength and compassion shown by women throughout the mesothelioma community. We are proud to continue supporting the charity’s essential work.”

Through its partnership with Mesothelioma UK, UKATA remains committed to promoting asbestos awareness and helping to prevent future cases of mesothelioma while supporting those already affected.

Mesothelioma UK is the only national charity dedicated solely to supporting people with mesothelioma. Despite the UK having the highest incidence of mesothelioma in the world, many patients still lack access to consistent, specialist care.
